How Come I Never Thought Of That?

There seems to be a trend in Blog articles in the last couple of days about developing
your own niche and the debate about which is the better option to make money online.

The debate is about which is better...doing your own thing and what you think people
want and are interested in or following the pack with a product that is hot right now
and selling like hotcakes. Let's explore both options with my favorite method; Examples.

Making money by following the trend

A site that I follow daily is called UrOnlineBiz.com. On the website they highlight the
products that are "hot" right now and upcoming money-makers to watch for that have
great potential to create interest. A feature of the popular website is the weekly earnings
of it's staff and it is not hard to see that they are following the trend of what is selling
plus experimenting with the "latest" and "greatest".

They consistently earn $2,000.00 a week on average. The latest interview with the
Admin of UrOnlineBiz.com reveals she is earning $8,000 a month herself mainly from
the website.

A good example of a website where people are being "trendy" and making a very good
living "working" it.

On Your Own

An recent article on JohnCow.com is about a man who took the plunge and went off in
his own direction and is doing very well. My personal opinion is that this is a trail and error
venture plus it takes some research to make it work.

But, like Alan states in Affiliate Confession, you can't beat it to death by spending hours
wondering if it is the right niche to get into. You have to get it out there and watch your
stats and results. Eventually you will come up with a Blog or site that "takes off" and has
caught the interest of readers and we all know how the "word" gets around online, especially
if you are a "popular" Blogger

My next article is about finding that niche and how I, for one, was amazed how simple an
idea one person had. How come I never thought of that?

UrOnlineBiz.com is moving to another server so the site is off and on at this time in case
you were wondering why you can't bring it up.
