Me' Nerves Is Rubbed Raw

If your from the province of Newfoundland and Labrador on the East Coast
of Canada the phrase; "Me' nerves is rubbed raw" is a familiar one.

I left Bishop, California USA, when I was 8 years old and with the family
station wagon packed up, we headed for Dad's new job in Baie Verte,
Newfoundland. Man! What a culture shock I went through.

Everybody knows where California is...beautiful weather all year, Hollywood,
millions of people, and my favorite...rodeos. When Dad said we were moving
to Newfoundland...we all looked at each other puzzled. Newfoundland, where
is it and how come I never heard of it.

Well...after moving there in 1966 and living there for 25 years I know all about
that island in the North Atlantic and the culture with a dialect you won't find
anywhere on Earth. Descents of Ireland, Scotland and England the people
eventually took on a language of their own. For example...instead of saying
"my brother", a Newfoundlander would say "me' broder". Friendlier people
you won't meet and the door is always open for a cup of tea and a molasses
bun.

They are proud of their island and culture and I eventually became a "Newfie"
as well.

So why am I fixed on the phrase that is the title of this Article...PTC or Paid To Click
programs. Currently, I am with three that are consistently online everyday and
have low, quick payouts. They are Neobux, Buxout, and Sandra Clicks. The rest
I have swept under the carpet and forgot about. You need to be a person that isn't
easily rattled to make money with PTC and although some "players" have a list as
long as your arm, the majority of these programs end up dropping off line or don't pay.

Is that frustrating or what! It's enough to get on your nerves and that's where
my Newfoundland slang comes out in a bellow... Me nerves is rubbed raw!
