FAQ And Making It A First Priority
Recently I slipped up and made preparations to upgrade in a program until
a reader of my Blog made me aware of my mistake. To "err" is human they
say and MAN!... am I human.
People that join in my programs and start communicating with me, either by
email or phone, I instruct to first... read the FAQ and get familiar with how
the program works before signing up and moving on to the biggie...upgrading.
After all, it is their hard earned money and I want to make sure they know
what is going to happen to it.
I was in between programs and reading reviews about my latest acquisition,
unaware that the program didn't accept my preferred money processor,
Alertpay. I sent the link to an interested member who later wanted to know
about Liberty Reserve. Liberty Reserve? Wonder why LR, when I am going to
use Alertpay to Upgrade? Anyway...Kim informed me that the program doesn't
accept Alertpay hence the reason for the inquiry about the processor
Huh? This development stopped me in my tracks and I brought up the program
to research the FAQ. Sure enough...no Alertpay. How could I miss that? I skipped
my first priority when researching a program...the FAQ. It was certainly a wake
up call.
Actually, FAQ's should be double-checked everyday where Admins are making
sudden changes like a recent "major" alteration to payouts with the program,
Altsurf...going from daily to every Sunday. No email and no prior warning on
the site...just boom! OK everybody, I know you don't like it but I have decided
not to pay today. What the??!!
In conclusion...check those FAQ's...no matter what type of program you are in
and thanks Kim for understanding that a man is allowed to make one mistake.
I guess I should exit now and I won't be answering your emails...just kidding.
