Blinded By Loyalty

Here's the scenario...you join this profit sharing program and It's an instant success.
The "returns" are excellent and your downline is building quickly because your
downline members want in on the action as well. They get paid and buying more
advertising packages in turn boosting your referral commissions.

Couldn't be better right? Well...that's what I thought and then the Ad Pack Network
went down for a month and made some changes. Changed hosting to Panama
and made a total makeover of it's site from members buying Adpacks to buying
products and APN Points at $2 each. I was on a roll when the old APN went offline
to complete these changes and I couldn't wait for it to come back.

When updates arrived of the Ad Pack Network returning under a new name Affiliated
Product Network
, I was ready to "surf and earn" again.  New Affiliate levels came with the
new APN which were staggered levels of increasing referral commissions and payout
terms and this came with a monthly payment but the upgraded member also received
a product such as an e book in compensation for the funds.

When I first saw and reviewed the new layout I was a bit disappointed...the amount
of funds required to achieve each level was very high. it was meant to increase "buying"
but I see now, it had the opposite affect.

To make a long story short...the program has come to a point where my downline
members are considering leaving mainly because the weekly "returns" from profit
sharing have dropped like a rock. Now the latest updates from the Admin, Henrik, are
about lowering the min amount of APN points you can purchase and matching bonuses
on purchases in order to get funds flowing back into the profit sharing pool.

So..what do I do?...I have money tied up in the program that I want to see weekly returns
on. If I buy more APN Points, will other members follow suit or will I separate myself
farther from getting my funds paid out? It's a Catch 22 situation and a hard call. I don't
want the program to sink to a point where it's not paying and members will begin to
leave in droves but then again will it make any difference if I pump more funds into it.

I decided it wouldn't and even Henrik admitted in last Sunday's newsletter...he doesn't
fore see any improvement until March when additional funds from various projects will
be coming into the program's coffers. So..it's a wait and see situation with me and over
1050 upgraded members wondering how long it will take to get the 200% of our deposits
paid out. I'll let you know if my loyalty to this program has blinded me to the point where
I ignored the "signals" of APN's downward trend and I'll post the outcome in a future article.

    Hi Gord!

I can understand your feelings and frustration here, but don“t judge APN too fast.It still grows and Henrik is working hard.Let us be constructive!

    Mattias,

Thank you for your comment. I have been with APN from the beginning and have
no intention of leaving the program. Just stating the view from my end and the feedback
I am getting from my downline members. I support Henrik and his program 100% and
hope there is a rebound to when members were happy with a varying 10% return.

However looking at it from a business and Gold member's perspective...there is a lot
of money tied up in APN Points and anxiously waiting for a solution to this downward trend
    in profit sharing revenue.

I can see you have the same regards for the program and admin as I do and let's hope
    for the best.

    Gord
