The airline I work for is owned by Air Canada and it is now the largest regional in
Canada. It started back in 1987 with one aircraft and the company was called
Air Nova. Now it owns over 100 aircraft flying routes all over the country and into
the United States as well

In the early days as an Aircraft Maintenance Engineer, it was all about "On Time
Performance". That is the key with any airline in retaining customers and making
money. My job was to make sure that the plane was on the "gate" on time in the
morning with all maintenance carried out and inspected. The "friendly skies" may
be a cliché but that was, and still is, an essential part of the companies success
as well. Courteous flight attendants and crews always ready to share a smile
and a laugh. That has a lasting affect on customers when they are booking their
next flight.

We had weekly meetings...the OTP or "On Time Performance" was up around 97 to
99%....excellent! We had to keep up this pace to keep competitors at bay and with
this strategy the company made over a $100 million dollars profit last year. Back
in 1994 it was about 9 to 10 million a year with a few aircraft.

Well...that's enough about that dreaded word..."work"...egad...shudder...lol

Shifting to my online business...I though I would do a comparison with what I believe
to be the top program online right now in the surf category...Ad Ventures 4U.

AV4U's competition is growing daily with clones and look-a-likes but Steve, the Admin
and his crew continue to remain on top. On Time Performance here as well, is the
key. Paydays twice a week for months now and all payments made and within the
normal time frame. Keep your customers satisfied and informed.... you can't go
wrong.



I am a member of a lot of the competition sites I mentioned, keeping to my strategy
of diversify with every new viable opportunity I come across. However, Ad Ventures 4U
remains out front despite these other programs wanting their piece of the pie.

As long as Steve and his family keep to the plan and OTP, I feel they will remain as the
premier program. We are heading for mid-summer...a slow time in the online business
world but AV4U is breaking all records and continues to bring in those all important
new members and upgrades.
