launched his second program today and unlike his first one, 1adz.net
which is still running along nicely, has a high ROI plan of 10% per day
for 14 days in exchange for purchasing advertising.

My first thought was to go in big for the first round where he has paid
me since 1adz.net's launch, I felt like someone had me in harness and
hauling back on the reigns....Whoa boy!...when I read the FAQs. A max
upgrade of $20 a day and $100 in total. Cool! Slow but sure...I can handle
that. Keeps those pesky "hit and runners" at bay.



Upgrades will be enabled on the 15th and I am chomping at the bit but
I'm not a night owl...so I'll make my spend in the morning while jump starting
my gearbox with some Maxwell House coffee....brewed of course. When
an upgraded member reaches $5, he or she can cashout which will take
3 days to reach but if one upgrades the second day...cashout away.

Although the Admin requests in the FAQs to spread out upgrades if possible,
at this pace, Lingo's surf should be around for a while. No one can go crazy
with a huge upgrade and cashout leaving big holes in the program's money
processor accounts and ride off into the sunset looking for the next victim.
